School’s Out Holiday Squad’s After School Club first opened its doors in January 2019 at Shadsworth Junior School, quickly becoming a popular childcare choice for local families.

Since then, we’ve continued to grow and are now proud to offer after school care across four convenient locations in Blackburn:

• Shadsworth Junior School

• Meadowhead Infants

• St Paul’s RC Primary School

• Longshaw Infants

Our continued growth is a reflection of the trust families place in us, and we’re delighted to continue providing high quality, fun and reliable childcare to children across the local community.

 

What We Offer

🚐 School Collection Service

We currently collect children from 14 primary schools across Blackburn, bringing them safely to one of our After School Clubs.

🕒 Opening Hours

Monday – Friday | 3:00pm – 6:00pm

🎨 Fun & Engaging Activities

We offer a wide range of fun and engaging activities designed to spark creativity, encourage learning and promote social interaction. Children have the opportunity to make new friends and enjoy spending time with pupils from different schools and backgrounds.

💙 Experienced & Caring Staff

Our friendly team is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive and nurturing environment where every child can relax, have fun and feel valued.

🍽️ Optional Light Tea

We offer a daily hot or cold light tea, with menu choices selected with input from the children. Our menu changes regularly to keep mealtimes fresh, varied and exciting!
